In 1959 I started my apprenticeship in France at Restaurant de la Pyramide in Vienne and completed it at L?Oustau de Baumani?re in Les Baux de Provence, in 1961. After working in Switzerland and Canada I then went to the Bahamas where I met my wife, Liz, who is your hostess.
