 Yes, it's owned by CuisinArt, and, yes, it fronts a powdery beach of white sand (assuming that this is your next question). Evoking the architecture of nearby Cap Juluca, this is Anguilla's latest word in luxury. For privacy and seclusion, CuisinArt challenges Covecastles. A complex of whitewashed villas crowned by blue domes and surrounded by lush tropical foliage, it seems straight out of Mykonos.
The resort offers the first-ever hydroponic farm and the only full-service resort spa in Anguilla. (Their milk-and-honey-almond scrub is the most fantastic we've experienced.) It also features an herb garden, an orchid solarium, and a rare plant house. Italian upholsteries, Haitian cottons, dark-wood furniture, and large tub/shower combination bathrooms in soft-toned Italian marble characterize the well-furnished accommodations.
 The Hydroponic Café's daily lunch features the US$1-million, .6-hectare (1 1/2-acre) hydroponic farm's fresh vegetables in salads and other light fare. The Santorini Restaurant is the fine-dining choice, with a French rotisserie on-site. Expect brawny, lusty dishes infused with the flamboyant flavors and spices of the Caribbean.
