Welcome to the offical Web site for the Amalfi Grille. The Amalfi Grille is an intimate restaurant nestled in the heart of vero beach. Situated along historic, Royal Palm Pointe, close to the Indian River, the Grille has an undeniable flavor, charm and appeal.
The Amalfi Grille is a Restaurant created by two childhood friends from a very small Italian neighborhood in New Haven Connecticut. Robert Rose and Chester Perrotti have been in the restaurant and food service industry for over 35 years. "We believe in using only the finest and freshest ingredient's no matter what it takes".
For example, we import all of our Italian products including all of our Italian cheeses, Parmesan Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Asiago and Provolone. We also import our #1 San Marzano Tomatoes, and all of our Italian meats including Prosciutto di Parma, Sopressata, Pancetta, Salami's and Ham's, direct from our friends in Connecticut @ Napoli Foods. Napoli also supplies the Grille with specialty Items like dry salted Sicilian capers, the finest in Extra Virgin olive oils, marinated mushrooms, pickled eggplant, Arborio Risotto, as well as many other items.
