 Pierre Wolfe and Mr. Five Star visited this resort May 19-21, 2006. We were pleasantly surprised at the magnitude of the property, from the beautiful marble floors in the lobby to the incredible ceilings. As is expected the entire resort is meticulously spotless with maintenance people constantly keeping up with the throngs of people moving around 24 hours a day. There are 24 restaurants to choose from.
Fluer de Lys
 We dined at Fleur de Lys one evening and the Mix the following evening. Both restaurants offered opulent decor. Check out our restaurant section for full details.
The Mix
The casino is large but civilized. There is a certain reverence in this room as people quietly enjoy gaming at its best. There is plenty of hotel and casino personnel to serve you on a moments notice. The casino is ringed with all the wonderful restaurants just steps from the tables as well as lounges in the center.
The Beach
If outside activity is your pleasure there is the Beach. That's right, there is a Beach out here in the desert with sand, water and "Waves". This is something you have to see. "Intimate" is not what you would call this resort, but "grand" it is.
