Pierre Wolfe and Mr. Five Star visited the Mix May 20, 2006. This is co owner Chef Alain Ducasse's creation. The restaurant is located 400 feet above the magic city in THE Hotel, overlooking the mountains and glittering lights of the city. Dine in an egg shaped pod or outside on the veranda where we sat. The restaurant can be a little noise so the outside seating is my choice. Zagot says " "outrageously chic and decadent". The cuisine is French-New American. This was an excellent evening, super service and fine food. Check out their web site for a great look at this place.
