Christini’s Ristorante Italiano, is by far the best upscale Italian restaurant in the greater Orlando area. In fact, I am not sure I know of a better Italian restaurant anywhere in the South. If price is no object, Christini’s has to be your first and only choice. The service is the best anywhere. Not just good, but really GREAT! The attention not only to every need, but to every detail is not equaled. The Food: the food preparation is several notches above the others and presented with great visual appeal, served on Christini’s custom made china. Now the Décor: It is very traditional Italian fine dining décor with original Italian art, dark wood, fine upholstery/ tapestry on the chairs and booths, and tastefully, dimly lit. The total experience is first class, FiveStar, from start to finish. Here is a nice touch; every lady receives a fresh red rose as a parting gift. There are also strolling musicians appearing table side throughout the evening and not just your every day musicians, but one who happens to be a professional touring concert pianist as well. We like to think Christini’s is so special we reserve our visits for special occasions. However, I would like to point out we create special occasions just to dine at Christini’s more often.
From what I have just described you may get the idea Christini’s might be too fancy for you, too snotty, too formal. Well, formal it is, but Christini’s could not be more engaging, inviting, and welcoming. I am not just talking about the waiters but everyone from the wine steward to the matre’ d. They treat you like a king, and everyone, regardless of who you are, is made to feel extremely special. No infants or toddlers are invited. It’s not that they don’t love young children; they certainly do, just not in their restaurant for a lovely dining experience. There is a lengthy photo gallery of famous celebrities, dignitaries and captains of industry from all over the world that regularly visit Christini’s. Because these celeb’s frequent Christini’s does not make it a great restaurant: it is Christini’s menu and ambiance that draws them back to continue the wonderful experience.
To complement the total experience, Christini’s has received the Best Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator for one of the finest wine lists in the world. Christini’s not only has a large Italian wine list as many other countries are represented as well.
Christini’s Ristorante Italiano is a one and only since 1984. Chris Christini and his daughters Elli and Caty oversee every facet of the operation seven nights a week from 6 PM until midnight except holidays.
Please trust MrFiveStar on this one. If you don’t enjoy Christini’s there must be something wrong with you, because there is nothing wrong with Christini’s whatsoever! My dining choice was the Osso Bucco, which was an epicurean delight, fork tender, moist, and falling off the bone. The menu features a vast array of Italian delicacies as well as daily featured menu choices based of the freshest of ingredients. Fresh seafood is flown in daily. Please click here to view the current Christini’s outstanding menu. Click here for reservations. Pictured here,James Mannn matre'd, MrFiveStar Ron Crider
Chris Christini tells us,
"With more than 45 years of distinctive culinary experience, I am convinced that success comes down to this: One restaurant, in one location, serving the highest quality cuisine, the best service, and a friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy it ..... this is a lesson learned during my career with some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the world." "My whole purpose is to make Christini’s your favorite dining destination in Central Florida." The experience of opening 19 restaurants and hotels has earned him significant recognition in the restaurant business. In 1984, Mr. Christini created his privately owned venture, Christini's Ristorante Italiano, where he personally oversees all aspects of operation with his daughters Elli and Caty. Christini's impeccable reputation has drawn celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world. "It is my pleasure to present to you the culmination of a lifelong dream." - Buon Appetito

How is it possible to keep passengers trapped in an aircraft on the tarmac at an airport for numerous hours? Most recently there was the Virgin Atlantic flight from London to Newark, diverted to Hartford's Bradley International Airport due to bad weather at Newark. The passengers were trapped for nearly 4 hours on board the aircraft because no one could figure out how to clear these passengers through Customs since the flight was not expected at Bradley.
Where was the Contingency Plan? What? NO Contingency Plan? Who's in charge here? Don't Airports and Airlines have emergency personnel standing by (perhaps not on duty) that can be called in for events like this? WHY NOT? Suppose passengers became ill as a result of bad food. Would they have to wait 4 hours after landing to find the Customs Agent? No, I am not suggesting additional payrolls for the airports and airlines. Just designate existing personnel to be on call like doctors at hospitals for events like this.
Look folks! This is a no brainer. Unload the passengers, heard them into a secure room where there are rest rooms and water can be brought in until the proper Customs Officers can show up. If this is a Customs issue, let's get it fixed. This is not the first time and it won't be the last time a situation like this will take place.
Then there was the Jet Blue passengers trapped for 8 hours at JFK hopeing the weather would lift prior to take off. Get this; they were stranded there so long the wheels froze to the ground and the aircraft couldn't move. The excuse reported by the airline was there were no gates available to bring the aircraft back to the airport. NO Gates at JFK? Hey, this isn't some remote small airport. Couldn't the airport have delayed at least one other aircraft from their gate just long enough to unload those frazzled passengers. I bet they would have gotten off the aircraft in record time. OK, so they waited so long the aircraft couldn't move. Bring on the buses. Tell me they couldn't find any buses in the New York City area? I know they have plenty of movable stairs sitting around. What's the problem here? Once again it's fairly simple. NO, Contingency Plan and NO stand by emergency people on call.
The problem here is that we have way too many rules and laws that can't be broken or bent to solve a problem when in fact many of them are broken every day. Come on airline executives, US Customs and airport management let's start getting real and stop this nonsense with all these trapped passengers. Click here to see what the Government is doing about this.

Should this be a MrFiveStar article? You bet! Who will challenge me that the Gulf of Mexico isn't one of the great FiveStar venues of the world? I hope all of you who are reading this understand the disaster in the Gulf is the worst catastrophe that has ever attacked the ecology of the United States. Just because you live in Colorado don't think you won't be af fected by this. As of this date almost 40% of the Gulf is affected and continuing to grow. This oil crisis is killing the marine life, wetlands, and the fishing industry, seriously adversely affecting tourism and associated industries in 5 states and causing the loss of jobs for many hundreds of thousands. This is an event of long lasting, epic proportions. We still have no idea what the totality of this disaster will ultimately be. Come on people get a grip. Let your voices be heard and contact your congressman. If you live near the Gulf coast volunteer your time. Take your family to the Gulf Coast for your summer vacations, spend money and HELP. This is a real WAR. The Gulf Coast and our country need YOU. You can make a difference. Remember those famous words from President John F Kennedy’s Inauguration speech January 20, 1961, “and so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country”. These words were never more true, even today.
By the way don't stop buying BP gas and shopping in the BP stores. BP Stores are locally owned. You are only hurting the local economy. As far as buying gas from BP, consider it a donation to the cleanup.
There simply is not enough being done quickly to bring this monster down. The President says he is moving at warp speed, then what is he doing playing golf and operating in normal business as usual mode up there in DC. There is nothing more important in the world at this time than the Gulf coast. If I were President I would by now have set up a temporary White House on the Gulf Coast in Louisiana and be operating from there expecting several daily updates and broadcast nightly updates to the Nation until this leak is contained. Now that would demonstrate real interest and leadership this crisis really needs.
Here are some facts that we must face. BP does not have a fraction of the amount of money necessary to financially make this right to all the affected people, not to mention attempting to repair the ecology as President Obama has promised. Does the President think we are stupid? Did he just say that because it is a big number? 20 billion is not even a drop in the bucket for a disaster like this. Let's face it, there is NO amount of money that will put things back to the way they were prior to the explosion.
This entire process has been handled all wrong. First, the President put the fox in charge of the hen house. Yes, BP must be involved, but not in charge. Second the government should not be in charge of fixing the leak. The Government should oversee the process and back it, but not be in charge. We should set up a worldwide team of top oil engineers, scientists and oil company executives to form a Gulf Coast Crisis Task Force. That Task Force should be headed by someone like T. Boone Pickens, or someone similar with extensive oil background and a strong business background. “A fool with a plan can outsmart a genius with no plan.” (Always have a plan.) It seems like we have a goal but no real plan! We have been offered assistance from many areas of the world including Holland, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Denmark, Venezuela and many other nations, some friends and some we don't care for. Right now we need to put differences aside and accept help from anyone who has an idea.
OK you say, it's easy for me to criticize. So what would you do? Until someone comes up with a better idea I suggest we should be drilling the relief wells 24/7. We should also be drilling 4 additional relief wells at the same time. We need to make positively sure at least a few of these relief wells actually do reach their minute target and do the job. What would happen if something went wrong with the relief wells we are drilling now? We need to throw all the money in the world at this leak as quickly as possible. The future of the Gulf Coast requires speed. At the moment speed is everything. We need all hands on deck. All hands on lots of decks including many stand by decks.
We must have a flotilla of ships standing by to collect the oil that is being captured, not just one or two like last week when we had to burn the oil because there was no ship available to collect it. What was that all about? Where was the management to make sure they had everything they needed? Who is really in charge and why are these things happening?
The President needs to ask Congress to declare war on the Gulf Disaster. By doing so Congress can authorize the use of the armed forces including all branches of the services to be deployed to the Gulf Coast to assist in the Coastal cleanup and management.
Since BP is not going to be able to fund the cleanup of 5 states and possibly 2,000 miles of coast line and tributaries, we need to put those hundreds of thousands of people who are going to be unemployed to work cleaning up as well. Many of these people will be filing for unemployment and we will have to pay them anyway, so let's put them to work and earn their compensation.
I was embarrassed the other day when Congress had to have their day with the BP Executives. What was that all about? We criticized Tony Haywood for boating with his son one day but we didn't mind eating up one of his days drilling him. Personally I think the congressmen displayed the typical ugly Americans and very little class. The crisis at hand is either stopping the leak or capturing it. Wouldn't that time have been better spent putting all their collective heads together to explore solutions and options? There will be plenty of time for finger pointing and blame once this disaster is under control. Don't get me wrong I am not sticking up for BP or defending them but I am saying “discretion is definitely the better part of valor”. Unfortunately Congresses Get Tough Day was only a grandstand play to try to show the people at home they were “mad as hell and weren't going to take it anymore”, when in fact they just made fools of themselves and wasted one more precious day, and accomplished nothing. Now my final suggestion; since this well is such a great producer of oil, why kill it? Why not capture it and put it to good use. Would someone please tell me what is the problem with this idea? I would think all those great minds out there could collectively come up with something positive to do with this disaster.

Mohammed Al Fayed has sold London department store Harrods to the Qatari royal family's investment company for a reported £1.5bn ($2.3bn). The Egypt-born tycoon acquired the business in Knightsbridge following a £615m takeover in 1985. Ken Costa, an adviser to the deal with Qatar Holdings, said Mr Al Fayed was retiring "to spend more time with his children and grandchildren". He will continue to promote the store in the role of honorary chairman. But Mr Al Fayed will not be involved in running the company on a day-to-day basis.
HARRODS The store has over one million square feet (90,000 sq m) of selling space and 330 departments The Harrods motto is Omnia Omnibus Ubique - All Things for All People, Everywhere It was established in 1849 15 million people shop there each year History of Harrods department store The sale, signed in the early hours of 8 May, will include all parts of the Harrods group, including Harrods Estates and a charter aircraft service. Qatar Holdings is the investment arm of the emirate's sovereign wealth fund, Qatar Investment Authority. Although it failed in bid for Sainsbury's in 2007, it is the third-largest shareholder in car-maker VW and has stake in Porsche. Its chairman, Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani, who is also Qatar's prime minister, said Harrods would add "much value" to its portfolio of investments and generate "good and stable returns as a business". He added: "It's a historical place. I know it's important, not only for the British people but it is important for the tourism." His vice-chairman, Dr Hussain Ali Al-Abdulla, said the acquisition was a "landmark transaction". The pair were given a tour of the store by Mr Al Fayed before a news conference in the fourth floor Georgian Restaurant.

This phone works just about anywhere. You can surf the Internet in lightning speed, and keep track of your entire life. I have no idea what I did without it. I no longer need my netbook to just get emails in airports.
People have been dreaming about video calling for decades. iPhone 4 makes it a reality. With the tap of a button, you can wave hello to your kids, share a smile from across the globe, or watch your best friend laugh at your stories — iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 over Wi-Fi. No other phone makes staying in touch this much fun.
Thanks to the Retina display, everything you see and do on iPhone 4 looks amazing. Text in books, web pages, and email is crisp at any size. Images in movies and photos are stunning at almost any angle. That’s because the Retina display’s pixel density is so high, your eye is unable to distinguish individual pixels.
Now you can run your favorite third-party apps — and switch between them instantly — without slowing down the performance of the foreground app or draining the battery unnecessarily.* This smarter approach to multitasking is available only on iPhone.
Because your iPhone goes with you everywhere, you’re always ready to capture every moment. And with iPhone 4, you can do it in stunning high definition. Its advanced backside illumination sensor delivers great-looking video in both bright and low-light settings. And in dark environments, you can brighten the scene with the built-in LED light.
By the way for those of us who have the older IPhones remember you can download the new OS4 operating system at no charge. This gives you better battery life as well as faster picture taking and folders for your Apps. Obviously you will want and get the new thinner, larger screen with the IPhone4. Awards Herald Fine Dining Experience At Rocco’s Italian Grille & Bar WINTER PARK, Fla. – The doors to this Central Florida hotspot opened late Summer 2006 and quickly the awards started coming. In January 2007, AOL City-guide named Rocco’s Italian Grille and Bar “Best Italian” restaurant in Orlando. Just months later, Orlando Sentinel restaurant critic Scott Joseph named Rocco’s his “critic’s choice” for the area’s best Italian eatery.
Five of the MrFiveStar Restaurant sleuths’ have visited Rocco’s recently, all on different occasions. By the way, don’t do what I did for the past 8 months and drive by thinking the restaurant looks like a motel. You will be pleasantly surprised once you get inside, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Food-savvy locals may remember Rocco Potami’s La Via restaurant, a popular spot in the 1980s in Winter Park until the Italy native moved on to pursue other ideas. But his passion for great food brought him back, this time with the eponymous Rocco’s Italian Grille and Bar, his stylish new restaurant and bar on busy Orlando Avenue. Proprietor Potami welcomes guests to a casual yet sophisticated dining spot, as warm and personal as a family-run trattoria, with golden-hued walls, warm woods, white linens and lovely al fresco dining on a courtyard terrace.
“It’s all about great food with authentic ingredients.” says Potami, a native of the Calabria region, where he grew up watching his grandmother and mother work their kitchen magic with fresh herbs, vegetables and meats from the region. “I was fascinated by the aromas and the whole process of taking raw ingredients and creating great meals.” It wasn’t long before that fascination became a life-long passion for Potami. That passion is evident throughout the menu he has crafted using the freshest meats, produce, breads, special sauces and imported pastas that are the heart of fine Italian cooking. --more-- --2--

Tavern on the Green is closing 12/31/09. To me Tavern on The Green is a national treasure. Why can’t someone save this special place? Hey Donald this is your city how about stepping up to the plate? I had brunch here recently we enjoyed the food, service and the ambiance just our first visit 30 years ago. Better hurry, not much time left. Click here to go to the Tavern on the Green website or here for the article in the NY Times.
Tavern on the Green is a restaurant located in Central Park on the Upper West Side of New York City, in the United States. With 2007 gross revenues of $38 million, from more than 500,000 visitors, it is the second highest-grossing independently-owned restaurant in the United States (behind The Venetian's Tao restaurant in Las Vegas, at $67 million).[1][2] Of the several dining rooms, the most famous is the Crystal Room, which features windows overlooking the restaurant's adjacent garden in Central Park.[3] Tavern on the Green will have its last seating on December 31st 2009. It is auctioning off its interior decorations and closing its doors due to bankruptcy.
How is it possible to gross 38 million and not be be solvent? Sounds like bad management to me!

Houston Texas June 10, 2009 La Trattoria Restorante Italiano. If you are in the Galleria area of Houston and want a truly authentic northern Italian meal prepared by a real Italian Chef, then this is the place to come to. I imagine you could find a fancier Italian restaurant in the area, but I can tell you one thing, you won't find better food or a more friendly Chef/Owner. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Chef Carlo Molinaro I knew I was in for a wonderful dining experience. During my first few minutes in the restaurant I learned from Chef Carlo, that he grew up in Milano, Italy. He became a Chef at a young age in Milano, then worked all over Europe. He traveled west to the Princess Hotel in Bermuda where he spent several years, then on to Miami and finally 27 years ago opened La Trattoria. Chef Carlo has served Presidents, Heads of State, Captains of Industry, Oil Barrens, movie stars and thousands of Italian Food lovers like you and I, all from this very spot.
True to form for me on my first visit to a new restaurant, when handed the menu I immediately handed it back to the Chef and asked him to “impress me, please make me what you think is the best you have to offer”. Since I eat just about anything, I attach no strings to my request. I make it clear I want to be surprised, no hints, just start bringing me things to eat. Sometimes the Chef will ask,”do you prefer seafood, beef, or chicken? My answer is again “please surprise me”. More often than not I am served something I would have never ordered on my own and generally it is a wonderful experience. La Trattoria was no exception. First I was offered a fine Italian wine, Bianco di Custoza. Then came the warm fresh garlic bread with a crisp thin crust. I could have made a full meal just with this bread. Next came 24 baby clams in wonderful wine and garlic, style, so fresh they seemed to just want to jump off the plate into my mouth. For the main course there was a wonderfully prepared Quail next to an outstanding piece of Sea Bass. The dessert was Cassata, homemade traditional Spumoni. Italian dining doesn't get any better than this anywhere.
Something happens to friendly people dining in a friendly Italian restaurant. Soon everyone seems to be talking to each other. One of the highlights of the evening was watching 3 generations of the Wu Family celebrating a third wedding anniversary. Chef Carlo prepared numerous items for each course that were shared by all the family members with great gusto and laughter. And again, true to form for Italians, during dessert Chef Carlo picked up the 9 month old baby and paraded him around the restaurant and gave him a visit to the kitchen. Somehow I found myself in conversation with the family and was treated to a fine glass of wine from their carefully decanted treasure.
My experience at La Trattoria Restorante Italiano was wonderful, with great food and the opportunity to make new friends. This is a restaurant I am pointing all my friends and family to when visiting Houston. Click here to go directly to La Trattoria Restorante Italiano web site.

American Airlines also features onboard Internet on selected flights. May 2010 Orlando to Dallas. Great connection 56mbps, they use "gogo" as well. American charged $9.95 I tuned in the GABRadioNetwork and listened for two hours without one interruption.
AirTran June 11, 2009: On a flight between Atlanta and Orlando I was able to access the Internet at 36,000 feet using the “gogo” system on board. Wow! This was easy. My little Acer Aspire computer's internal wireless card locked on and after 2 minutes of setting up an account I was surfing the Internet. The speed is fast, 54.0 Mbps. This was fast enough to quickly log on to AOL IM and establish a video IM with my office. The cost was $9.95 on this short flight. I understand the price can get up to $14.95 on an LA to NYC flight. Regardless of the cost this is a great way to communicate with your office, follow-up on your email and just stay in touch in real time. I was also able to listen to streaming audio from our various radio stations and the GABRadioNetwork. Airtran expects to provide this service on all flights in their fleet by this fall. Click here to learn more about other airlines that will be providing this service and find out more about gogo.

For you serious “Foodies” here is the Restaurant list for you for 2010. Remember, only serious “Foodies” may go here! The S.Pellegrino World's Best Restaurants 2010. So, where do you think the BEST restaurant in the world is? France, Spain, Italy, the US? How about this? Copenhagen Denmark! And the winner this year is Restaurant Noma.
For those in the know, Rene’s colossal achievement of winning the World’s Best Restaurant Award in such a short space of time is no surprise. But just look at the legends he has leapfrogged and you cannot help but think something truly significant is taking place at Rene’s Copenhagen restaurant. Noma is a homage to soil and sea, a reminder of the source of our food. Take his starter of crunchy baby carrots from the fertile Lammefjorden region of Denmark, served with edible “soil” made from malt, hazelnuts and beer, with a cream herb emulsion beneath – you are literally eating the earth! Great restaurants are a blend of sophisticated cooking, imaginative ideas and respect for ingredients. Noma is more than this. It’s a experience that reminds you why some restaurants deserve to be revered, and why we created this list.

There is something about the Bellagio, that for my taste puts it ahead of the pack. That's right, ahead of the Wynn, or the Venetian and their new counterparts. Now that is not a total slap in Steve Wynn's face since he was the inspiration of the Bellagio, in the first place. Sheldon Adelson may have out-spent Bellagio in recent dollars over at the Venetian, but to me the Venetian is more like a high class carnival. In Las Vegas standards the Bellagio is true class. MrFiveStar keeps Bellagio at the top of our Las Vegas Resort Hotel List.
Now, the Bellagio for all its enormous size has been able to maintain the feel of a today's version of a Grand Hotel. Even the utilitarian Lobby and Reception areas still exude a degree of class. The 20 million dollar Chihuly glass creation in the ceiling in the entrance area as well as the classy Petrossian Champagne and Caviar bar bordering the Lobby add an extra touch of elegance.
Throughout the day and evening you will hear the sounds of the grand piano from the Petrossian penetrating the bells of slot machines in the background.
Contentment and opulence are the hallmarks of the Bellagio luxury hotel experience. A retreat unto themselves, the 3,933 Guest Rooms and Suites are an extension of this AAA Five Diamond Award-winning Las Vegas hotel and Resort. Bellagio is a luxury hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in the Paradise area of unincorporated Clark County, Nevada, USA. It is owned by MGM Mirage and was built on the site of the demolished Dunes hotel and casino.
Inspired by the Lake Como resort of Bellagio in Italy, Bellagio is famed for its elegance. One of its most notable features is an 8-acre artificial lake between the building and the Strip, which houses the Fountains of Bellagio, a large dancing water fountain synchronized to music.
Inside Bellagio, Dale Chihuly's Fiori di Como, composed of over 2,000 hand-blown glass flowers, covers 2,000 sq ft of the lobby ceiling. Bellagio is home to Cirque du Soleil's aquatic production "O". Bellagio was conceived by Steve Wynn and built by his company, Mirage Resorts, Inc. following the purchase and demolition of the legendary Dunes hotel and casino in 1993. When it opened, it was the most expensive hotel ever built at around US$1.6 billion.
According to Wikipedia:
The Fountains of Bellagio is a vast, choreographed water feature with performances set to light and music. The performances take place in front of the Bellagio hotel and are visible from numerous vantage points on the Strip, both from the street and neighboring structures. The show takes place every 30 minutes in the afternoons and early evenings, and every 15 minutes from 8 p.m. to midnight. Before a water show starts, a gong sounds to warn people that the show is about to start. The fountain display is choreographed to various pieces of music.
The fountains are set in a 9-acre manmade lake. Contrary to a common urban myth that the lake is filled with treated greywater from the hotel, it is actually serviced by a fresh water well that was drilled decades prior to irrigate a golf course that previously existed on the site. The fountains actually use less water than irrigating the golf course did. They incorporate a network of pipes with more than 1,200 nozzles that make it possible to stage fountain displays coordinated with more than 4,500 lights. It is estimated that the fountains cost US$75 million to build.
Dining is also some of the best in Las Vegas at the Bellagio, spotlighting well know culinary talents of Tod English, Le Cirque's living legend Sirio Maccioni, Michael Mina, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten just to mention a few.
The Bellagio style reaches a crescendo with the spectacular fountains in the front of the property as you approach, then as you pass through the lobby there is a fragrance in the air like jasmine or gardenias throughout the entire building complex. That fragrance emulates from the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
The displays are changed out five times a year and reflect the current season (winter, Chinese New Year, spring, April, summer, and fall).

The Cheesecake Factory is one of the great American fine casual dining establishments. Yes! I say FiveStar, because the food is excellent, as well as the service, and all the stores are spotless. The menu has something for everyone, and especially all that great comfort foods like Meatloaf, and Shepard's Pie. Just like PF Chang's there are well over 140 of these restaurants all over the US. Click here for Cheesecake Factory locations and menus.
The Cheesecake Factory serves much more than just cheesecake!
Walk through the front doors and you know you're in for something special! With French limestone floors and decorative columns, hand-painted fabrics, contemporary lighting and an abundance of cherry wood, the lavish decor is just the beginning… The Cheesecake Factory is a unique, upscale casual dining restaurant offering more than 200 menu selections including Appetizers, Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Steaks, Salads, Sandwiches, and more.
Here is a budding movie star, Rob Lathrope, filling in at the Cheesecake Factory. This is one of their excellent salads, the Factory Chopped Salad (9.95). Chopped Romaine, Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes, Avocados, Corn, Bacon, Blue Cheese, with Vinaigrette Dressing. It's the BEST.
The menu also features specialty dishes like Chicken Madeira, Miso Salmon, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and The Factory Burger. But save room for dessert! Try one of the 50 delicious cheesecakes and desserts such as White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle® Cheesecake or the new Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake with a cappuccino or espresso. Enjoy the high-energy atmosphere seven days a week, serving Appetizers, Lunch, Dinner, Late Night Dining, a Full Bar, and Sunday Brunch.
Now, just when you think I am going to push Cheesecake on you for desert. Try this! Lemonechello Cream Torte, even the Chef and Kitchen Manager David Salzano said it is his favorite. Several layers of Vanilla Cake, with Lemon Mascapone topped with Strawberries and Whipped Cream. This is a perfect diet desert, not too many calories in this, I don't think?
By the way listen to Pierre Wolfe on American's Dining and Travel Guide Radio program, Sundays on the Business Talk Radio Network, to hear an interview with David Salzano as to how the Cheesecake kitchen functions. Apparently the kitchen here is one of the most unique in the world. I will put the interrview here in the near future.
I have been doing most of my research work on the Cheesecake Factory at the following locations; Winter Park, Florida, Indianapolis at Keystone, Boulder and Denver, Colorado. Will Nelson, General Manager of the Winter Park store was most gracious in assisting with this article.

Experience the timeless sensation created by charismatic Restaurateur, Sirio Maccioni. The rarity of Le Cirque's AAA Five Diamond rating speaks eloquently of French cuisine - exquisite, bold, transcendent. Immerse yourself in a jubilant showing of brilliant color adorning this famed lakeside destination designed by Adam D. Tihany. Exuding a celebratory mood, Le Cirque's opulent dining room is enhanced with coveted wines and attentive service. MrFiveStar and Ivo Angelov General Manager April 2009.
When you think about fine dining Le Cirque should roll off your tongue. Dishes here are prepared with such detail and perfection you can almost rationalize the cost. Like most of the high-end eateries they offer an unforgettable foie gras and can make fish want to get out of the water to be paired with exquisite sauces that melt your taste buds. The beef becomes a culinary treat you could never get at an ordinary steakhouse. Think about $300.00 per person with wine and a decent tip. MrFiveStar says "do it, you will love it"! Live a little! Click here Le Cirque.
Le Cirque is not a Restaurant, it is an experience. No crowded tables like the old days in New York. Not here! Le Cirque is truly a very special dining experience when in Las Vegas. The restaurant team has been together for over 11 years. When I say “team”, that is exactly what you get. These professionals provide service, food and ambiance hard to find anywhere in the world. This is NOT a tourist trap. If you enjoy the best, then Le Cirque is as good as it get in Las Vegas. Just click here Le Cirque and see for yourself.
