In partnership with American Express®, The Ritz-Carlton® produced th ree short films that subtly weave exceptional and unique guest experiences into their story lines, demonstrating how The Ritz-Carlton has been able to elevate service to an art form. Filmed on location at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey and The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, director Shyam Madiraju, along with production house Anonymous Content, led the project.
The release of these films will begin on January 28, 2008 with the premiere of "The Delay," followed by "Last Night" on April 1 and "Heads or Tails" on June 1. They will be distributed on RitzCarltonFilms.com. Mirroring the themes of the films are a variety of unique experiential packages and offers, all available exclusively for American Express Cardmembers.
THE DELAY
