The Cheesecake Factory is one of the great American fine casual dining establishments. Yes! I say FiveStar, because the food is excellent, as well as the service, and all the stores are spotless.  The menu has something for everyone, and especially all that great comfort foods like Meatloaf, and Shepard's Pie. Just like PF Chang's there are well over 140 of these restaurants all over the US. The Cheesecake Factory serves much more than just cheesecake! 
Walk through the front doors and you know you're in for something special! With French limestone floors and decorative columns, hand-painted fabrics, contemporary lighting and an abundance of cherry wood, the lavish decor is just the beginning… The Cheesecake Factory is a unique, upscale casual dining restaurant offering more than 200 menu selections including Appetizers, Pizza, Pasta, Seafood, Steaks, Salads, Sandwiches, and more.
Here is a budding movie star, Rob Lathrope, filling in at the Cheesecake Factory. This is one of their excellent salads, the Factory Chopped Salad (9.95). Chopped Romaine, Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes, Avocados, Corn, Bacon, Blue Cheese, with Vinaigrette Dressing. It's the BEST.
The menu also features specialty dishes like Chicken Madeira, Miso Salmon, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and The Factory Burger. But save room for dessert! Try one of the 50 delicious cheesecakes and desserts such as White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle® Cheesecake or the new Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake with a cappuccino or espresso. Enjoy the high-energy atmosphere seven days a week, serving Appetizers, Lunch, Dinner, Late Night Dining, a Full Bar, and Sunday Brunch. 
Now, just when you think I am going to push Cheesecake on you for desert. Try this! Lemonechello Cream Torte, even the Chef and Kitchen Manager David Salzano said it is his favorite. Several layers of Vanilla Cake, with Lemon Mascapone topped with Strawberries and Whipped Cream. This is a perfect diet desert, not too many calories in this, I don't think?
By the way listen to Pierre Wolfe on American's Dining and Travel Guide Radio program, Sundays on the Business Talk Radio Network, to hear an interview with David Salzano as to how the Cheesecake kitchen functions. Apparently the kitchen here is one of the most unique in the world. I will put the interrview here in the near future.
